Valuing our experience as green builders, clients started to engage us to represent the vision they and their investors have for a variety of green development concepts including medical clinics, schools, offices and retail buildings in developing countries. Our development services include: Pre-construction Planning - Design Consulting - Value Engineering - Project Management - General Contracting

We are currently contracting to manage several international developments for our clients in Mexico and Haiti. Our growing development team also includes three Ann Arbor based sub-contractors: a LEED AP Design Associate, and two LEED AP Project Management Associates. All of our team members have institutional and construction development experience ranging on projects from from $2.5 million to $80 million.

Queretarto Mexico - Retirement Community - Planning Consultant; sustainable development for a 500 unit retirement community with a medical clinic and retail shops. This development is striving to become one of the first, self sustainable facilities of its kind in Mexico. Alternative energy strategies and waste water treatment are designed in conjunction with an internal energy and water conservation plan for the buildings. Construction is anticipated to begin in summer 2011.

Freres, Haiti- Private Hospital - Pre-construction design planning for renovations to several main buildings and new conservation developments including solar hot water, solar pv and pv storage for electrical power supply and water treatment.

Lamardelle, Haiti - Private Orphanage - design and renovate several buildings on the compound with timber framed dormitory buildings and a medical clinic and design, source and install solar alternative energy solutions.

Fontamara, Haiti - Private School - Perform structural engineering analysis to present to board members for a non-profit charity to determine feasibility for ongoing renovations and new construction. Project planning and design for new school and construction management services are being considered.

Port au Prince, Haiti - Medical Facility - Site development and pre-construction planning for a medical clinic and campus for students and administrative offices. The site plan is currently in design phase incorporating several sustainable building concepts and alternative energy solutions. Value added service for construction management and general contracting.
