Weather you are building a home or a hospital, the process is relatively similar. We start with a design concept and a gross budget to develop an idea and present a plan. Although this may seem expensive, the planning and design process usually reduces costs because it allows owners to develop ideas and make choices according to their budget. Once we have our plan in place, we go to work on design details and more details.

With several months of planning under our belts, we finalize a scope of work and start building. We are able to renovate and build the project exactly how it has been planned with the only exception of "field changes" made by our clients. This end-to-end team approach allows the client, builder and designer to work together from the earliest stage of the project all the way to the end in order to ensure the most desired outcome for our clients.
